Our company is promoted and managed by the members of the Vadavi Family. The founder, Mr. V.T. Vadavi, has mastered the development of machine tool components and is instrumental in pioneering various valves and valve control mechanisms.
With over 50 years of service in MNC companies, he led a team as Project Manager at Mysore Kirloskar and later served as General Manager – Production for 10 years before establishing this unit.
He elevated the unit to export-level quality, continuously supplying to Japan's "TICO" Company for 16+ years with a near-perfect quality rating.
Associated with M/s. BDK Valve Pvt Ltd since 1995 and Kirloskar Toyota Textile Machinery Pvt Ltd since 2001, along with S.S. Enterprises, Khimji Flow Equipments, Rhinoflex Valve, and Dembla Valves.

Began long-term supply partnerships with BDK Valve Pvt Ltd and later Kirloskar Toyota Textile Machinery Pvt Ltd in 2001.
